1. Data controller

This notice describes the data processing carried out by Dr. Dombi Law Office (registered office: 1027 Budapest, Kacsa utca 15-23., 4th floor; e-mail: office@drdombi.hu; phone: +36-1-786-1771; the Firm) in connection with the operation of the website www.drdombi.hu, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information.

2. Data processed, purposes and legal bases

Contact form

The data provided through the contact form (name, e-mail address, the optional phone number and company name, and the content of the message) are processed solely for the purpose of responding to the enquiry.

The legal basis is the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox before submitting the form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

The data are retained until the enquiry is dealt with, but for no longer than 6 months from submission, unless an engagement is established, in which case the rules applicable to the engagement and a separate privacy notice apply.

Enquiries by e-mail or phone

If you contact the Firm directly using the contact details published on the website, the personal data you provide are processed for the same purpose and under the same conditions as above.

Technical data

For the secure operation of the website, the hosting provider may process technical log data (such as IP addresses); the legal basis is the Firm's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating the website securely and preventing abuse. To prevent abuse of the contact form, the IP address is used temporarily, solely to limit submission frequency, and is not stored permanently.

3. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use cookies and does not load third-party content capable of tracking. Visitor statistics are measured with cookie-free, aggregated web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics), which cannot identify individual visitors and does not process personal data.

4. Data processors, recipients

The Firm uses the following data processors to operate the website:

• Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA): hosting and content delivery.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA): e-mail delivery of messages submitted through the contact form.

These processors are located in the United States; transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

The Firm does not transfer personal data provided on the website to third parties, unless required by law.

5. Attorney-client privilege

Information that comes to the Firm's knowledge in the course of its legal practice is also protected by the rules on attorney-client privilege under Act LXXVIII of 2017 on the professional activities of attorneys. Contacting the Firm through the website does not in itself create an attorney-client relationship.

6. Your rights

At the contact details above, you may at any time

• request information about and access to the processing of your data,
• request the rectification of your data,
• request the erasure of your data,
• request the restriction of processing,
• exercise your right to data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw your consent.

The Firm will respond to requests without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt.

7. Remedies
